Dils appoints Carlos Aguayo to lead Hotels and Consulting in Spain

Dils continues to expand its commercial real estate platform in Spain with the appointment of Carlos Aguayo as Head of Hotels and Consulting.

In his new role, Aguayo will lead the development of Dils’s hotel advisory services, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of hospitality assets, from strategy and investment to development and operations. He will also lead the establishment of the company’s Consulting business, providing strategic advice across the office, retail, logistics, living and hospitality sectors.

Carlos Aguayo has nearly 25 years of experience in the real estate market. Throughout his career he has held senior positions at some of the leading real estate advisory firms, including CBRE, Catella, Colliers, Deloitte, IREA and PwC, as well as at real estate investment and management companies such as Signal Capital Partners and Mabel Capital. Alongside this experience, he brings a strong entrepreneurial background, as founding partner of the developer Narason and founding partner and CEO of Aunara Real Estate, both focused on industrialized construction projects.  It is precisely this combination of experience at major firms and in building and developing new business ventures that makes Aguayo the ideal profile to lead Dils's Hotels and Consulting division in Spain.

Carlos Aguayo's appointment is part of the new stage that began following the appointment of Carlos García Redondo as CEO Commercial Real Estate of Dils in Spain.
