Dils continues to strengthen its structure in Spain with the appointment of Luis Llaca as Senior Manager Cross Border, a position from which he will drive the company's international business development and reinforce the connection between Spain, Mexico and Latin America.
With this appointment, the real estate consultancy advances its growth strategy in the Spanish market and consolidates its commitment to bringing in senior talent with an international outlook and a proven track record in strategic operations for major clients and investors.
Luis Llaca has more than 35 years of experience in the real estate sector, with notable specialization in retail, luxury retail, high street, shopping centers and international brand expansion. Throughout his career he has held senior positions at some of the leading international real estate consultancies, including CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International.
Before joining Dils, he held the position of Cross Border Director Spain-Mexico at CBRE Spain. Prior to that, he was First Vice President Retail Mexico and LatAm at CBRE, where he led retail activity in Mexico and Latin America for more than a decade. He also previously held the roles of VP Corporate Retail Solutions at JLL and VP Retail Services at CBRE Mexico.
