Dils at EXPO REAL 2025: an international hub for the future of real estate

The international team of Dils, with colleagues from Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, and Spain, took part in EXPO REAL 2025, the leading international trade fair for real estate and investment, held in Munich from October 6th to 8th, 2025.

This year’s edition confirmed EXPO REAL as the most authoritative platform for global networking, analyzing emerging trends, and developing new partnerships. The event brought together 1,742 exhibitors from 34 countries and around 42,000 participants from over 70 nations, marking an increase compared to 2024.

With a stand designed as a hub for connection and exchange, Dils welcomed clients, partners, and operators from across Europe, consolidating its position as a key player in the European real estate market. The space became a center for dialogue and sharing, where ideas and perspectives turned into opportunities for collaboration.

A highlight of the event was the networking dinner on Tuesday, October 7th, which brought together Dils’ international community for an evening of conversations, relationship-building, and discussions about the sector’s future.
