GVA Redilco acted as advisor to DeA Capital Real Estate SGR in the letting of 10,000 sqm in Rome, at the viale dell’Arte 25 business center, to Spaces, an IWG (International Workplace Group) brand.
The complex, approx. 30,000 sqm of offices with LEED Platinum Certification and owned by an Alternative Real Estate Investment Fund - for professional investors - managed by DeA Capital Real Estate SGR S.p.A., is found in the center of Rome’s EUR business district.
Spaces’s flexible offices will provide, in a combination of creativity and functionality, more than 1,300 workplaces providing offices, dedicated desks or meeting rooms as well as 75 parking places. All without time limits: the spaces are rentable for periods ranging from several years to one hour.
With this transaction, in just 18 months GVA Redilco have achieved an occupancy of about 85% for the asset and, with the ongoing negotiations, is optimistic about reaching full occupancy within the coming months.
