Dils participates in MIPIM 2025 with an increasingly international team.

MIPIM 2025, the leading global event dedicated to Real Estate, took place from March 11th to 14th at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, attracting over 20,000 visitors from more than 90 countries. It is a fundamental event for shaping the future of the real estate industry and cities, offering an international market perspective and exceptional networking and business opportunities.

The event was inaugurated with a speech by Mario Draghi, who provided an in-depth analysis of Europe’s economic transformation and its impact on the global real estate market. MIPIM then featured highly relevant roundtable discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions, in which Dils also participated. Among the main events was the "Italy and Beyond" conference, organized by the Chiomenti law firm, offering key insights into the positioning of the Italian real estate market in Europe, with discussions on regulatory standardization and strategies to attract global investments. Another significant moment was the "Spaces for Housing and Heritage Enhancement" workshop, promoted by the Italian Trade Agency in collaboration with PPAN, which explored the evolution of housing demand and opportunities for high-quality residential development in Italy.

For Dils, this edition was a strategic opportunity to strengthen the group’s role in Europe, with the participation of an increasingly international team and professionals from the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Italy.

Informal networking also played a key role: Dils’ traditional party at MIPIM proved to be an unmissable event, with over 700 attendees. It was a unique opportunity to create connections and strengthen relationships within the international real estate community.
