Dils has assisted the Effepi Real Estate fund, managed by Generali Real Estate SGR, in the sale of an office building in Milan’s Porta Nuova district, in Via Pirelli 32.
Pirelli 32 is part of a complex built in 1961 comprising two towers. The building consists of fourteen floors above ground and two basement floors, for a total gross area of about 12,000 sqm. The spaces currently house the offices of a well-known banking group and of an international cosmetics brand for the retail portion.
Since the beginning of the Porta Nuova project, Dils has appreciated the area’s potential, actively contributing to its development and accompanying both investors who understood the strategic importance of the area, and multinationals in the choice of next generation headquarters. Indeed in 2021 Dils assisted in letting deals in the Porta Nuova submarket totaling almost 12,000 sqm, corresponding to 50% of total Grade A/A+ product transacted over the period.
