Dils acted as commercial advisor to Pictet, in partnership with Kryalos SGR, in the acquisition of a portfolio of seven buildings in central Milan. The transaction ranks among the most significant of the year in the city’s real estate market, confirming Milan’s appeal to major international investors.
The portfolio comprises seven historic buildings, predominantly residential, with retail spaces at ground floor level, located in some of Milan’s most prestigious areas, including Brera, Magenta, the historic city centre and Porta Nuova. With a total area of approximately 26,000 sqm and around 150 residential units, the portfolio represents a rare investment opportunity in terms of scale, asset quality and prime locations.
The project includes an asset enhancement programme aimed at improving the quality of the apartments, common areas and services available to residents, while preserving the architectural identity of the properties.
The transaction highlights the role of prime residential real estate within the strategies of international investors and the potential to enhance the value of Milan’s historic real estate heritage.
Thank you.
