Dils has been appointed by Lendlease for the marketing of WestGate's office, within the MIND Milano Innovation District.
WestGate, the western part of the MIND district close to the MM1 Rho-Fiera station, is a development which started at the end of June: a multi-purpose district where to live, work, spend free time, create connections and access to many services.
The development embraces the philosophy of MIND and opens a new horizon for urban regeneration, with a focus on quality of life, respect for the environment, interpersonal relationships, access to the best technologies in balance with nature. In this area, in fact, Lendlease will experiment with digital and technological solutions to make MIND an innovative and sustainable district, according to standards required for obtaining WELL Gold, LEED Platinum and WiredScore Platinum certifications.
The WestGate area will host, in addition to residential and hospitality properties, approximately 150,000 sqm for office use, of which the first 55,000 sqm will be delivered in the Q3 2024. The first phase of the development involves the construction of 4 office buildings compliant with the highest sustainability and ESG standards: the Innovation Hub stretching over 6 floors (the top floor features a terrace) with a gross area of approx. 7,800 sqm, the Zenith, comprising 12 floors of over 21,000 sqm; the Horizon, 8 floors and approx. 20,500 sqm; the Molo, a mixed-use building (laboratory use on over 6,000 sqm and office use with smaller floor plans, approx. 500 sqm each).
