Dils acted as advisor for the redevelopment project located in via Cadolini in Milan, covering over 31,000 sqm.
The deal was made with the signing, through a subsidiary of the AbitareIn group, leader in Milanese residential development, of a preliminary sale agreement worth 72 million euros to Supernova, a leading operator in the urban regeneration sector.
The regeneration of the Scalo Porta Romana District, driven by the office sector with over 100,000 sqm of pipeline developments in the next 36 months, has attracted some of the most innovative companies attentive to sustainability aspects.
