Dils acted as advisor in the sale of the CSP Logistics Centre - located in Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) - purchased by Union Investment Institutional Property GmbH on behalf of the UII Garbe Logistik Fonds fund. The transaction is a demonstration of the renewed interest of international investors in Italy's large core logistics assets.
The logistics platform, developed and completed by Hines in 2022, covers 83,600 square metres and has been fully leased to Alce Nero, Berardi Bullonerie, Torello Trasporti and Arcese Trasporti. Divided into 8 sections, it has 80 loading bays, 42 truck parking spaces and 282 car parking spaces.
