GVA Redilco acted as advisor of Gruppo Unipol in the letting of 7,000 sqm in De Castillia 23, an office building in Milan’s Porta Nuova district. The building underwent a complete redevelopment, using state-of-the-art technological solutions that guarantee energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The space, which represent a synthesis of aesthetics and functionality and boast terraces with exclusive city views, will host the new Italian headquarters of Just Eat, one of the world’s leaders in food delivery.
The record results in office sector take-up, with a transacted area exceeding 160,000 sqm in Milan and Rome to date, confirms GVA Redilco’s leadership in this sector. The company expects this positive trend to continue also in the second half of the year, accompanied by a sustained increase in demand for office spaces, mainly focused on grade A / A+ products in prestigious and attractive locations, with the highest quality standards and international energy efficiency and sustainability certifications, suitable for implementing new innovative formats in interior design and space management.
