GVA Redilco acted as advisor in the sale of an office building located in Rome, in Via Donizetti, 12/14.
Set in the city center, within the Pinciano district in an area of great prestige featuring other residential and office use buildings - the asset, which is owned by the Perseus Fund managed by Kryalos SGR and subscribed to by Attestor Value Master Fund LP, was sold to the end user which will transfer their Rome HQ there.
The historic villa covers a total area of over 2,200 sqm and comprises three floors above ground in addition to a basement.
The deal, which has just been closed, confirms the interest from both investors and tenants in high-quality assets in prime locations (CBD and EUR).
In the initial weeks of the year Rome recorded some positive signals, both in terms of capital markets and lettings. Thanks to this encouraging start we expect a favorable trend of growth in the number of transactions in the coming months.
