GVA Redilco acted as buy-side advisor in the purchase of portfolio of 6 nursing homes on behalf of a prime domestic investor.

The nursing homes are located mainly in northern Italy, in the provinces of Venice, Turin and Milan, as well as one asset in the province of Ancona.
