Dils acted as an advisor for Patrizia SE in acquiring a key logistics portfolio located in the "golden triangle" submarket between Verona and Bologna, within the strategic Mantova area. This property benefits from immediate access to the Mantova Nord motorway junction, connecting to the A22 Brennero Motorway, which is crucial for links throughout Italy and Eastern Europe.

This deal encompasses over 90,000 sqm of Grade A logistics space, built between 2022 and 2023, and fully let by two international 3PL tenants.
