Dils acted on behalf of Sarca 223 Srl in the sale of Urban Cube, an iconic office building located in Milan, Viale Sarca 223.
The building hosts the HQ to one of Italy’s largest media companies and it is located in the heart of the Bicocca district. Bicocca represents one of the first significant examples of large-scale urban regeneration projects in Italy, and as of today, it is one of the most consolidated business districts in Milan.
With a gross area of about 29,000 sqm, the property develops on 11 above ground floors hosting offices and 2 underground levels dedicated to parking spaces and storages.
The asset undergone extensive refurbishment, terminated in 2021 based on the architectural project designed by Park Associati aimed to meet the most ambitious ESG criteria. The building obtained LEED Gold Core & Shell certification and was awarded as the Best Office Development 2021 in Italy at the European Property Awards 2021-2022. The innovative glass façade is an element that identifies the building, whilst over 4,000 sqm of outdoor areas - including a garden, a 900 sqm landscaped roof, and terraces on each floor - contribute to defining spaces of top quality.
