Dils, whose recent analysis of the Italian real estate market highlighted an increase in investment volumes which reached € 9.8 billion in 2021, acted as commercial advisor to Blackstone in the acquisition of the historic Milanese real estate company Reale Compagnia Italiana.
The transaction involved a portfolio of 14 Office, Retail, Residential and Hotel trophy assets, mainly located in Milan.
This was the largest real estate deal of 2021 and one of the most significant in the recent history of real estate in Italy, confirming the strong interest of institutional investors in Italy and the growth potential of the various asset classes, from Residential to Office to Luxury High Street Retail.
