GVA Redilco acts as advisor in the letting of a flagship store in Piazza Cordusio to Japanese global clothing retailer Uniqlo.
Owned by Hines, the building was chosen thanks to its location which has become Milan’s new primary shopping destination following the closure of some recent retail deals.
Uniqlo’s first Italian store, arranged on 3 floors, will open to the public in 2019 after completion of a full refurbishment of the mixed-use building (retail and offices), to feature characteristics in line with the highest international energy efficiency and sustainability standards.
