GVA Redilco acted as exclusive advisor in the real estate project which will see the construction of the bigger data center in Italy and most innovative one in Europe.
The 42,000 sqm complex will be built in Siziano on an area of 100,000 sqm. on behalf of Supernap, the US company well known in the data center sector for its megahub in Las Vegas.
Supernap International, a joint venture between Switch Supernap and Acdc Fund, investee from the Egyptian tycoon Naguib Sawiris, started some months ago the construction works of the data center which has been projected with the most advance technology, multitenant, Tier IV replicating the original Las Vegas Supernap data center, which meets the high standards for the certifications of the Uptime Institute: “Tier IV Facility”, “Tier IV Design” e “Tier IV Gold Operations”. The data center has been projected to secure 40MW of power.
With the Supernap deal, GVA Redilco strengthens its placement in the Data Center sector in Italy and it’s able to satisfy also the international demands thanks to the specialized department “GVA Connect”, in partenership with GVA Worldwide and Bilfinger.
