Dils Portugal advised on the transaction of the new Primor store, a leading brand in the cosmetics and perfumery market in the Iberian Peninsula, in Braga, representing the company Reviro S.A., the previous owner of the property. This transaction strengthens Dils' presence in the market and enhances the attractiveness of the retail sector in the investment market.

Located on the prestigious Avenida da Liberdade in Braga, the new store has a total area of 2,246 sq.m, establishing itself as a reference point on the city's main retail street. With the new store, Primor reinforces its sustainable growth strategy, which includes expanding its presence both in street stores and shopping centers.

This deal was conducted on the sell-side for the client Reviro S.A. and strengthens Dils' presence in the Capital Markets sector.
