Dils and JLL acted as advisors in the sale of a standalone property located in Via Federico Confalonieri 29 in Milan. The property was sold to Patrizia SE, a global real estate investment company, by an investment vehicle owned by TPG Angelo Gordon, a leading international institutional investor.

The building, a newly constructed asset of approximately 8,788 sqm, represents an outstanding example of architectural excellence and sustainability, boasting LEED Platinum and NZEB certifications. Designed by the renowned architectural firm Park Associati, the building consists of two interconnected structures accessible from the corner of Via Confalonieri and Via Sassetti. The design includes a spacious entrance patio that leads to a striking double-height reception area. At the core of the building lies the Green House, an open and airy space that embodies lightness, well-being, and environmental sustainability, enhanced by a striking wooden staircase that elegantly connects the upper floors.
