Dils hosted AREL and the ARELonSITE initiative, dedicated to the discovery of SeiMilano, one of the most significant urban regeneration and living projects developed in Milan in recent years.
AREL — Associazione Real Estate Ladies — was founded to create a space where female professionals in the Italian real estate sector can exchange views, share experiences and deepen their expertise. ARELonSITE is the guided visit program that since 2015 has been promoting a deeper knowledge of real estate projects in Italy's major cities, conducted with the support of investors, designers and all the stakeholders involved in each initiative.
The visit to SeiMilano was an opportunity to explore the evolution of new living models, the growing role of Build To Rent and the value of professional asset management in the residential sector. At the heart of the day, LivinUp by Invesco Real Estate — the residential rental component of the SeiMilano complex — where new ways of experiencing the city are taking shape, built on quality spaces, services and a strong focus on the resident community.
Dils and Ryze guided the AREL members through LivinUp, sharing their contribution to the project: consolidated expertise in the BTR sector that allows them to oversee the entire value chain, from marketing and leasing through to building and property management, for a truly integrated approach. A well-established collaboration rooted in Italy's first institutional BTR initiatives, which today finds in LivinUp a new landmark chapter.
