Senior Analyst - Living Advisory

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our Advisory Team in our Milan office.

• Market and socio-economic data research, collection, and processing
• Evaluation of real estate portfolios or individual residential assets
• Portfolio analysis aimed at identifying the best strategies for enhancing and/or managing heterogeneous real estate portfolios by geographic distribution and intended use, with a particular focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rental, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
• Development of market analyses through the collection, processing, and interpretation of data on demand, supply, real estate values, returns, rents, and economic and demographic trends
• Analysis of key market parameters (values, returns, absorption rates, etc.)
• Preparation of Business Plans/DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of return, economic profit, and risk

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or Economics. Any first/second level master's degree in Real Estate Management will be considered a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• 4-5 years of experience in similar roles at leading real estate companies or leading consulting firms
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Good organizational and flexibility skills
• The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical skills, proactivity, and the ability to work in a team
