Main Activities

Research and analysis of market and socio-economic data
Evaluation of real estate portfolios and individual residential assets
Identify the best strategy for the enhancement / management of heterogeneous real estate portfolios with focus on the Living sector (residential for sale, rent, student housing, senior housing, co-living)
Key market parameters analysis (values, yields, absorption times, etc.)
Business Plan / DCFs and analysis of real estate investments in terms of yield, economic returns and risk profile

Degree in Construction Engineering / Construction Management or Economics. Any post-graduate Master in Real Estate Management is a plus
+2 years of previous experience in similar role in prime Real Estate companies or in leading consulting firms
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Good time-management skills and flexibility
Excellent analytical skills, proactive approach and team-work attitude
Compliant with the "categorie protette: articolo 18 legge 68/99"
