Logistics & Industrial - Junior Consultant

The Logistics & Industrial Team supports clients with solutions for their investment and deployment strategies. The resource will be included in a consolidated Team made up of professionals with Real Estate and Economics backgrounds, providing domestic and international investors with strategic advice regarding the Logistics asset class. Working on both the buy and sell side, the resource will be active in every step of the process, from devising an acquisition and/ or disposal strategy, to its underwriting, preparation of high-quality presentation, due diligence and closing.

• Economic, financial and town planning analysis of real estate assets
• Prospect of real estate opportunities, in particular building land, greenfield and brownfield, aimed at developing logistics, data centre and industrial projects
• Support in real estate valuations
• Support in proposing investment opportunities to institutional investors and developers
• Market analysis and reporting
• Clients and investors/developer database management, implementation and updating activities
• Support to marketing activities in collaboration with the Marketing Department

• Degree in Urban Planning-Architecture, Economics or related fields
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Flexibility, teamwork skills, proactive approach
