Digital Marketing Specialist

Main Activities

Media planning: support in planning communication strategies, budgeting and proposal development
lead generation and management
SEO: analysis, planning, content creation and maintenance of website positioning
Analytics & Reporting: production and analysis of periodic reports focusing on the contributions of the activities in terms of conversion, CPA, ROI
E-mail marketing: strategy conception, content creation
Research and scouting of new solutions for the marketing mix
Content management: management of the Dils.com company website and the websites of the commercial initiatives

Degree in Digital Marketing and Communication, Economics and similar
Experience in Agencies, Consulting Firms or Tech Companies (minimum 2 years)
Excellent knowledge of the main Digital Marketing tools (Paid Advertising, Paid Social, Retargeting, email Marketing, Marketing Automation)
Excellent knowledge of CMS (preferably WordPress)
Excellent knowledge of Advertising Tools, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Knowledge of the main international Digital and Social media Platforms
Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
Good communication and content production skills, also from an SEO perspective
Fluent in English both written and spoken, good knowledge of a second language is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
