GVA Redilco has been granted an exclusive leasing mandate to market a brand-new "Grade A" logistics asset which is currently under construction in the municipality of Fara Sabina, within the Passo Corese district. The asset is owned by AEW - one of the European leaders in real estate investments and asset management.
The brand-new warehouse, designed by Engineering 2K as the general contractor, is a speculative development within the North Rome Logistic Center, in a strategic location just 30 km from the capital and easily connected to the main road networking (ca. 20 km away from the G.R.A., and ca. 4 km away from Fiano Romano tollgate of the A1 motorway).
