New logistics Dilsdone at Milan’s gates

Dils acted as advisor to Kryalos SGR, operating on behalf of Traianus Fund - GLP Italy, closing the lease agreement for GCD Italia S.r.l., a leading company in the beauty and wellness sector, in the renowned G-Park of Arese, strategically located within the Innova Business Park in Lainate, one of the most vital logistics areas in the Milanese hinterland.

This Grade-A warehouse, part of the extensive Lainate Business Park that has transformed the former industrial site of Alfa Romeo, is confirmed as a neuralgic point for the logistics sector thanks to its proximity to major motorway connections such as the A4 (Venice-Turin) and the A8 (Milan-Varese/MXP), and to “Il Centro”, one of the largest shopping centers in Europe.

The agreement highlights the significance of GCD Italia S.r.l. which will occupy about 12,000 sqm of the total 46,000 sqm available in the G-Park, benefiting from state-of-the-art infrastructure, including 12 loading areas and ample parking possibilities for cars and trucks, fundamental aspects to support its import-export activities.
