The new store of fashion brand Off-White was inaugurated yesterday, in the heart of the Milan fashion district between Via Verri and Via Bigli.
The retail asset, which will host the brand founded by designer Virgil Abloh and awarded ‘Most Valuable Global Brand’, is owned by Reale Immobili S.p.A. the real estate company belonging to the Reale Group. The space, which recently underwent significant refurbishment, has a total area of about 400 sqm and is distributed over two floors above ground plus a basement floor. The nine full-height windows, two on Via Verri and seven on Via Bigli, afford very good street-level visibility and extraordinary brightness to the internal environment.
The selection and identification of the new tenant was achieved thanks to the advisory services of GVA Redilco.
“The agreement takes on particular importance in this period,” said Alberto Ramella, General Manager of Reale Immobili “Because it underlines our desire to contribute to the restarting of the fashion sector, one of the main engines behind the Italian economy. In this way we also hope to be able to give a signal of confidence to the city of Milan, which has been so severely hit by the health emergency.
