Dils took part once again this year in MAPIC Italy, the leading Italian event dedicated to the commercial and retail real estate market, held on May 14th–15th, 2025, at Superstudio Maxi in Milan.
The central theme of the 2025 edition was “Creating value to drive growth,” developed through a programme exploring four key areas: customer experience, investment, sustainability, and technological innovation.

The market’s strong recovery and this year’s record participation further strengthen MAPIC Italy’s strategic role in the retail real estate landscape. A success that sets the stage for a new chapter in 2026, when the event will move to Rho Fiera Milano — a sign of its ongoing evolution and the growing centrality of the sector.
