Dils, acting as advisor, supported Garbe Industrial Real Estate Italy in leasing 20,000 sqm of Giovi Logistics Park in Silvano Pietra (PV) to Staci Italia, a renowned international logistics company operating in both the BtoB and BtoC sectors.

Developed by Garbe in collaboration with SFO Capital Partners, Giovi Logistics Park stands out for its strategic location facing the A7 Milan-Genoa motorway, with convenient access to the A21 motorway. This prestigious position, centrally situated between Milan, Genoa, and Turin, makes it an attractive destination for commercial activities. LEED Platinum certified, this asset offers state-of-the-art facilities and covers a total area of 83,000 sqm.
