Another letting deal for the logistics team within the Greater Milan Area

Dils Logistics team acted as an advisor to Kryalos SGR, operating on behalf of the “Mazer” fund for Logicor for a letting agreement with the national logistics provider S.I.A. Sistema Italia. This agreement encompasses approximately 7,700 sqm within a logistics hub that boasts a total surface area of around 31,500 sqm.

This logistics asset, built in the early 2000s, is a Grade A cross-docking warehouse located in San Pietro Mosezzo, Novara, situated to the west of Milan's outer regions. This strategic location is particularly advantageous for companies with operations focused on Northwest Italy and offers significant logistical benefits due to its proximity to major transportation routes, facilitating efficient distribution and supply chain operations. The warehouse is designed to meet the highest standards, ensuring top-tier infrastructure for logistics and cross-docking activities and, with a total area of 31,500 sqm, it provides ample space for current operations and future growth.
