GVA Redilco has successfully completed the letting of a ca. 13,000 sqm portion of the ’P3 Brignano’ logistics park in Brignano Gera d’Adda (Bergamo).
The logistics hub - a modern, sustainable and efficient complex - is owned by P3 Logistic Parks, a long-term investor specialized in the development and management of logistics real estate assets in Europe. The Logistics Park is well connected and strategically located just a few kilometers from the A35 'Bre.Be.Mi’ motorway and from Bergamo’s International Orio Al Serio airport.
The tenant Minetti S.p.A., a leading Italian company specialized in the distribution of industrial supplies, has signed a long-term lease agreement for two units, each approx. 6,500 sqm (of which approx. 650 sqm of prestigious offices). The units offer the highest standards of quality excellence thanks to their height under the beam, the high performance levels of the plant and the functional characteristics which adapt to clients’ requirements, such as the large external maneuvering areas, natural lighting and modularity.
Within the P3 Brignano logistics park, which already accommodates prime brands, 6,000 sqm remain available, with an internal height under the beam of 10.5 meters and 7 loading bays.
