A new Office deal for GVA Redilco, who acted as exclusive advisor in the pre-letting of 5,000 sqm within The Bridge, an asset located in the heart of the historic center of Milan and owned by Investire SGR, management company for the Monterosa closed-end real estate investment fund.
The office complex has a total area of over 10,000 sqm distributed across three buildings, arranged around a private internal courtyard. The whole of that building overlooking Via San Giovanni sul Muro, with 8 floors above ground and 2 basement floors, will house the headquarters of a leading Italian company operating within the financial sector.
