Senior Consultant Commercial Team
Actividades principales
- Identification, development and origination of new investment and business opportunities in the real estate market;
- Management and coordination of economic-financial analyses and business planning activities related to real estate assets and operations;
- Supervision of property valuation processes and definition of asset enhancement strategies;
- Management of relationships with institutional investors, developers and key stakeholders, to support the presentation of investment opportunities;
- Monitoring of market trends, competitive analysis and preparation of strategic reports to support business development;
- Collaboration with internal teams, including Marketing and Business Support, for the definition and implementation of commercial and market positioning initiatives;
- Active contribution to the development of territorial presence and consolidation of the Dils brand in the reference market.
Requisitos
- Qualification as a Real Estate Agent
- Degree in Economics or related disciplines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong operational flexibility and team working attitude, with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Excellent active listening skills and interpersonal relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured thinking orientation
- Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken
