Rentals Manager

Actividades principales

Define and implement the rental strategy for LF Madrid in coordination with the commercial leadership team;
Set team performance goals and monitor agent activity, efficiency, and results;
Ensure achievement of business targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis;
Develop strategies to increase market share in key areas and collaborate on initiatives to attract landlords and promote services;
Lead, mentor, and coach the team to support individual growth and improve overall performance;
Support agents through the entire listing and rental process, assisting with complex cases when needed;
Actively participate in offer management and deal closures;
Collaborate with HR on recruitment, providing input on hiring needs and candidate evaluation;
Stay informed on market trends and propose strategic ideas for business development.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the rentals sector;
At least 2 years of team management experience;
Strong knowledge of the Madrid rentals market, especially mid to high-end segments;
Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills;
Understanding of legal and financial processes related to real estate (preferred);
Highly organized and results-driven;
Excellent communication skills, proactive, and self-motivated;
Experience with CRM systems;
Fluent in Spanish and English.
