Logistics & Industrial - Junior Consultant

Actividades principales

  • Economic, financial and urban planning analysis of real estate products to be proposed in the real estate capital market sector
  • Research activities for real estate opportunities, particularly building land, greenfield and brownfield sites, aimed at developing logistics, data centers, and industrial projects
  • Support in real estate valuations of complex products
  • Support in proposing investment opportunities to institutional investors and real estate developers
  • Market analysis and reporting
  • Management, implementation, and updating of client and product databases
  • Support for marketing activities with the dedicated internal team

Requisitos

  • Qualification for the profession of real estate broker
  • Degree in Architecture-Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Law or similar
  • Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
  • Excellent knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel and Power Point
  • Flexibility, team-working attitude, proactivity
  • Listening skills
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
