IT Project Manager

The company leverages a specialized Transformation Team to maximize innovation and change.

• Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Participate in the definition and implementation of digital transformation strategies to enhance business processes and improve customer experiences.
• Manage projects, including data integration, data quality, data governance, and data migration.
• Ensure the successful adoption of technology tools by business users through the following actions: Provide In-Person Training, Prepare/Provide Training Material and Collaborate Closely with Users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (3 to 5 years), preferably in the real estate industry.
• Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and best practices.
• Expertise in data management, including data integration, data quality, data governance, and data migration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with real estate technology and systems.
• Knowledge of data analytics.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Problem-solving mindset and hands-on approach.
• Preferably with experience with Change Management processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting its a plus.
