I&L Senior Leasing Consultant – Dils Portugal

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lisbon at Dils. The Industrial & Logistics Senior Leasing Consultant will report directly to the Head of the Industrial & Logistics business line. The role includes high strategic responsibility, with the potential to lead and coordinate the I&L leasing activity on a national scale.

The consultant will be responsible for driving leasing processes in the Industrial & Logistics sector, managing key client and investor relationships, developing commercial strategies, analyzing assets and market trends, and contributing to the division’s growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry experience, strong analytical and commercial skills, and deep knowledge of the industrial and logistics real estate market in Portugal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Strategy and Leasing: Lead leasing processes for industrial and logistics assets, from prospecting to deal closing. Develop leasing strategies, marketing plans, and tailored recommendations for owners and investors. Support clients throughout the negotiation and contractual process.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, secure new clients (occupiers and landlords), and strengthen ongoing relationships. Contribute to the growth of the Industrial & Logistics division through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Asset and Commercial Analysis: Evaluate assets, occupier requirements, technical specifications, and value-enhancement opportunities. Prepare commercial proposals, market reports, and strategic presentations for clients.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams, such as Consulting, Research and Capital Markets Teams.

• At least 10 years of experience in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on industrial and logistics leasing.
• Proven track record in client management, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Deep knowledge of the Portuguese Industrial & Logistics market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Commercial, autonomous, results-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
