The warehouse will be built in accordance with the most modern logisics standards and it will be LEED Platinum certified. the large spaces can be divided up to four modules, each equipped with office spaces and technical rooms. With a free height of 12 m under the beam, the warehouse presents itself as an ideal and flexible solution to meet logistics needs that require vertical space. The entire hub complies with strict fire safety criteria, being equipped with an REI 120 structure.
