Porto looks to the future with “Central Freixo”: the project designed by Souto de Moura takes shape.Dils is in charge of the brokerage services and strategic positioning of the development.

The Central Freixo project, one of Porto’s major real estate developments, designed by renowned architect and Pritzker Prize winner Eduardo Souto de Moura, was officially launched today in Porto.

Dils is responsible for the brokerage services and, through its Global Marketing Team, has overseen the entire creative positioning process — from defining the brand identity to developing all marketing and communication deliverables.

Promoted by Ginkgo Advisor—a European investment fund with extensive experience in urban land regeneration across France, Belgium, and Spain—and Emerge - the development and real estate company of the Mota-Engil Group - the project gives back over 56,000 square meters to the city.

The first phase of the initiative includes the sales of an exclusive selection of apartments that combine architectural excellence, high-quality spaces, and a strong focus on sustainability. This is the first step in a broader masterplan that will include residences, commercial areas, generous green spaces, and services for the community.

Perfectly connected to the historic center and the riverside via a network of bike paths and public transport, Central Freixo is set to become a new point of reference for the city of Porto.
